Moved to Bangalore to start her new phase of life. What a transformation from my previous blog where Kural was only 12 and now 21? Just numbers reversed nothing much. I feel the excitation on your faces…Yayyyyy! She got a job for herself and she will be earning which feels like “wow there she is finally”. She packed all her stuffs and landed here on the very next day after finishing college coz she can’t wait to be there. She has been to Bangalore a lot of times earlier as a visitor who comes occasionally and now? You can feel her right. This place was one of her long-term goals during her schooling because she was so obsessed with the movie “Bangalore days”. She doesn’t really care how many liked it or not but she has lived her whole life watching this movie and manifesting every single moment. I don’t know how to put her love for Bangalore in words but I’ll try my best. She doesn’t have cousins like Ammu in that movie but still the motive was to explore, meet new people, try different foods, buy clothes, accessories and of course learn work (which I should have placed at first, but fine she’s not here only for work, let’s consider that as an excuse) and what not. This place has everything at once. Though she’s not too much concerned about the advanced culture people follow here she just kept wondering how diversified the world is. Okay, if you still have the same excitation, I would now request you to throw it to one corner of your place. Yes, please. Done?
Alright. She came all the way to her
favourite place 10 days before onboarding just to do nothing, just nothing. “Haste
makes waste” very well said. Passed her days unpacking and organizing her
stuffs in a cute compact room and all she did was eat, sleep and sit with
phone. What a grown-up piece of trash behaviour this is? (author sobbing). Luckily,
she had her little cousin who was her only source of hope and entertainment and
spent some of his valuable time taking her around the neighbourhood, to some
nearby shops, some good food spots and other few places. As a token of love, she
took him to a burger spot where they almost got lost on their ways, had a
mediocre burger and rushed back home. Kural is really lucky to have got a
brother like him who made her feel like “go explore your dream place for god’s
sake you grown-up idiot”. Need to learn a lot from this little piece. Days passed
very slowly where she waited for one of her friends to come and get a hold of her
coz she was losing herself and needed support very badly and there her friend arrived
2 days before onboarding.
To be continued…
